New Patients
Initial Consultation & Exam + Treatment
$125
This visit INCLUDES:
A detailed health history and consultation
A focused physical examination based on your concerns
A discussion of findings and care options
Treatment on the same visit, when appropriate (chiropractic adjustment, dry needling, or both)
THE GOAL:
To understand what is causing you trouble and hear about your health goals. To explain my findings and how I will address your concerns. This also helps determine the most effective plan moving forward.
Follow Up Visits
Chiropractic Adjustment
$65 per visit
This visit INCLUDES:
Zone assessment
Zone balancing adjustment
Any extremity adjusting (if indicated)
THE GOAL:
To continue on your healing journey and allow your body to do what it is designed to do - HEAL
Dry Needling
$45 per session
This visit INCLUDES:
Palpation to find muscle tension, tenderness, and trigger points
Sterile needles inserted into trigger points at the specific areas of pain
Post treatment guidance
Personalized care plan
THE GOAL:
To relieve muscle tension and trigger points allowing for increased and pain free range of motion
Progress Exam & Re-Examination
Throughout care, periodic reassessments are performed to ensure your treatment remains effective and aligned with your goals.
A Progress Exam is typically completed after the first 6 visits. During this visit, we review your response to care, reassess key findings, and determine the appropriate frequency moving forward.
A Re-Examination is performed after an additional phase of care. This is a more comprehensive review to evaluate long-term progress, update goals, and refine your care plan as needed.
These visits allow care to remain intentional, personalized, and focused on measurable improvement rather than guesswork.
Progress Exam
$75
This INCLUDES:
Review of your progress and symptom changes
Discussion of what’s improving, what still may need attention, and next steps
Update on your health goals
A new frequency of care moving forward
Treatment is included on this visit
THE GOAL:
To make sure care has been effective and appropriate and adjust the treatment plan moving forward. This prevents plateaus or over treating while aligning care with your current goals.
Re-Examination
$85
This INCLUDES:
Review of your progress and symptom changes
Discussion of what’s improving, what still may need attention, and the next steps
Full reassessment of range of motion, orthopedic and neurological tests
Update on your health goals
An entirely new treatment plan moving forward
Treatment is included on this visit
THE GOAL:
To make informed decisions about continuing, modifying, or transitioning your care so nothing is done by default and everything is done intentionally.

Chiropractic Adjustments + Dry Needling
$95 per visit
If you are an established patient and require both services, you are eligible for this discounted fee.
Dry needling sessions are $30 a session rather than $45
SAVE $15 per dry needling session
5 Dry Needling Sessions
Flat Fee of $200
Offers 5 dry needling sessions with over 10% discount
Comes out to $40 per session
SAVE $25 when you bundle all sessions together
Established Patients Adding a New Service
If you initially began care with only chiropractic or only dry needling and later choose to add the other service, a brief focused evaluation may be performed to ensure the treatment is appropriate. In most cases, this is included as part of your visit
Combining Services
Some visits may include both chiropractic and dry needling, depending on your needs. Services are discussed ahead of time so you always know what to expect
Payment & Policies
ReFrame Wellness is a self-pay practice and does not accept Medicare patients as chiropractic patients at this time.
Payment is due at the time of service
Receipts or superbills can be provided upon request
No surprise fees, pricing is discussed before care is delivered
