Welcome to ReFrame Wellness! We offer chiropractic care, dry needling, and nutritional guidance that covers the areas throughout Springfield and Lincoln, Illinois. We are a mobile practice in the Springfield area and in-office in Lincoln.
This clinic specializes in caring for patients with chronic pain using the Zone Technique, a focused approach designed to support balance and function within the body. This technique is not widely offered in Central Illinois allowing us to provide a unique and specialized form of care to our community.
Our goal is to help our patients not only find relief from pain and discomfort, but to support long-term wellness in order to live life to the fullest. The services we offer can help to make this possible!
Zone Technique
This technique is based on Dr. Thurman Fleet’s Zone Therapy from the 1930s, but has been refined by Dr. Pete Goldman into the Zone Technique.
This technique assess the body’s 6 major systems “zones.” This includes the GLANDULAR, ELIMINATIVE, NERVOUS, DIGESTIVE, MUSCULAR, and CIRCULATORY system. One or more of these zones can become unbalanced due to daily physical stress, mental stress, or chemical stress that we commonly experience. This can lead to many of the symptoms or conditions you may experience or have been told you have.
My job is to find what zone is unbalanced, stimulate very specific points along the spine, and balance the body so it can do what it is designed to do which is SELF REGULATE and THRIVE.
